Fully-Loaded David Clark Post and Beam in Sherman Oaks

New, 40 comments

Good thing the architecture looks so great in this 1962 house designed by David G. Clark because the staging is not so good (It always looks so hard to dress a modern house, except when it looks easy). Anyway, the house in Sherman Oaks's Royal Woods section comes quite loaded, with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a koi pond under the front walkway, a deck running along the northern side of the house, a huge fireplace with original tile, a dining area, built-in espresso machine, teak built-ins, infinity-edge spa tub, media room, yard, pool and waterfall, barbecue, and outdoor shower. It's asking $1.75 million.
