Folks, the Young Guns Class of 2013 are doing final recipe tests for this Sunday's epic event at LACMA. Here are some of the dishes they are working on:
? Strawberry gazpacho with lemon verbena
? Wagyu beef shin saam with Coca Cola pickles
? Braised Polyface Farms pork belly with dried corn, pickled ramps, and agave-worcestershire pearls
Yeah. It's going to be outrageous on June 23. This batch of Young Guns are the cream of the crop, and they are ready to rock (as are Yellow Red Sparks, the stellar band we have lined up for the party).
