5 Units Left in LOHA-Designed Condos in the Miracle Mile

New, 52 comments

Just over a month ago, six new condos hit the market in a new development from Papalian Capital and architect Lorcan O'Herlihy (of LOHA). With its metal exterior, vertical lines, and rectangular cutouts, the four-story building has something in common with the designs for this LOHA building in Westwood. Each unit at 749 Cloverdale in Miracle Mile has two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, and is set over two stories. They range in size from 1,600 to 1,800 square feet and all units have terraces; the top three units each have access to a private roof terrace. Inside, all units have open-plan living spaces, Caesarstone countertops and backsplashes, under-cabinet LED lighting in kitchens, carpeting in the bedrooms, and completely separated walls to keep the noise down. One of the lower units, listed for $749,000, has a sale pending; prices for the remaining units range from $819,000 to $999,000.
