San Pedro business district representatives are taking advantage of a rare flurry of cruise ship arrivals (neighboring Long Beach sees most of the action) to promote all the things that make the harbor town unique, like it's old LA roots and diverse restaurants: "San Pedro is becoming sort of like the Greenwich Village of LA," a San Pedro Convention and Visitors Bureau said.
