Marmont Manor, the four-acre estate near the Chateau Marmont, has some rather unusual amenities. The property belonged to the late William Tilley, a food services investor (making this, in part, the House that Shakey's Pizza built) and has 14 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms in its 20,000 square feet. It also has a "3- level Museo with mezzanine and wine room," a two-story aviary attached to said "museo," a private lake, and a caretaker's cottage with a pretty awesome chimney. The Tudor-style house also has your more standard bells and whistles, like a pool, tennis court, and kitchen with a sushi station. According to the Wall Street Journal, Tilley bought the property in 1981 for $1.2 million and spent five years tricking it out; it's now asking $24.5 million.
