Back in 2011, Zsa Zsa Gabor's weird husband Frederic Prinz von Anhalt insisted that anyone who bought their Bel Air house would have to take them on rent-free as houseguests and everyone was like "Haha, ok, dude." Well, the house finally sold last week for $11 million in, it turns out, "a court-approved deal that will enable the ailing actress to remain in the home for three years." Gabor bought the house in 1973 for $280,000; the new owners are expected to eventually redevelop. [LAT]
