Mt. Washingtonians are very concerned about shenanigans on the Jack Smith Trail--here's one neighbor's list: "late night revelers who smoke and drink as well as daytime loitering by teenagers and adults from Mt. Washington and beyond ... loud noise, graffiti, trash, homeless people sleeping, vehicle break-ins and dogs off leash in the area ... However, our primary concern is about the risk of fire from discarded cigarettes in the dry brush." The neighborhood council is taking action--they want to relocate what they say is a troublesome bench. [HPMWP, image via]
