The City of West Hollywood today debuted Infomap, a new interactive development map, with information on all the proposed or approved projects in the city; you can even dig up facts on building permits, billboards, facade remodels, and tall wall (giant billboard) applications. "[The map] is part of our new campaign to use new and innovative technology to make government information easily accessible and improve our communication with the public," Stephanie DeWolfe, the City's Community Development Director, said in a statement. It's certainly fun to play with--though renderings are not part of the deal--but will all this information incite NIMBYs? WeHo's city planners are likely thinking that at this very moment; the map includes links to contact them directly.
