The Case-Shiller report, tracking home prices in 20 cities around the country, is out for February and, yep, prices are still going up. Across the country prices "rose 0.3 percent over the prior month and was up 9.3 percent over February 2012." In LA those numbers are even higher--prices up 1 percent compared to January and 14.1 percent over last February. [LA Times]
