As LA and Bike Nation work through permitting the city's first bike share kiosks in Downtown, there are a few new details on the program, like how much it will cost to rent a bike: "Users will pay $6 to access a bike for 24 hours. On top of that, customers incur additional fees for any ride longer than 30 minutes, with every extra half-hour costing $1.50." Frequent users can also opt to pay $75 for unlimited access for a year. Meanwhile, Bike Nation plans on putting in 125 stations Downtown. [Downtown News, previously]
