We'll give this one some love for name checking us -- more flattery please! The single story home is a bit small for most people, but seems a good starter home in a decent neighborhood (Curbed Cup winner for Neighborhood of the Year 2012). The home last sold on March 1st for $450k, so this is a super-quick flip. We're wondering if this $150k price increase is just a result of some decent staging. Hmmm...
