Whoa, what is USC cooking up--they apparently have big ideas for the dormant Houston Astrodome (??). No one's quite sure what those are just yet; the Harris County Sports and Convention Corporation is set to vote today on a non-disclosure agreement--after that's executed, USC will spill the beans (at least to the corporation). There have been "dozens of proposals" for the stadium over the past decade. [KUHF]
