This is getting to be a pre-tax day tradition: every late March, like clockwork, there are rumors that former Dodgers co-owner Jamie McCourt has pocket listed her Holmby Hills house for $65 million. (She sold off the neighboring house on Charing Cross Road in September 2011.) This time the LA Times reports that McCourt "is quietly offering her Westside estate." Jamie got the real estate in her divorce with the widely-hated Frank McCourt (he got the Dodgers, which sold, but he still owns a lot of land in Chavez Ravine)--the rumor's been that she actually lives in the John Lautner-designed Segel House in Malibu, but swims at the underground pool she put in at the Holmby Hills house. The McCourts bought the Charing Cross house in 2004 for $21.25 million; it sits on about 2.6 acres and, when they bought it, included two guesthouses, a tennis court, and outdoor pool; it now has a kitchen transplanted from the McCourts' house in Massachusetts. Divorce papers said the couple put about $14 million into it. If anyone can actually point us to a listing or more info, hit us up please.
