MELROSE: Canadian fast fashion brand Joe Fresh has opened an enormous pop-up shop on the corner of Melrose and Crescent Heights. Boasting dresses, denim, separates, and accessories in a rainbow of shades, nothing in the place is more than $69. The shop will remain open through the weekend, and is scheduled to close at 7 pm Sunday.
DOWNTOWN: DTLA's Ross Dress For Less store has debuted on Broadway in the old Woolworth Building. The discounter will have its official opening tomorrow, but neighborhood residents report that they're already doing business.
BEVERLY HILLS: Saks Fifth Avenue has just completed a massive renovation of its men's department, launching a new "stand-alone lifestyle store" for guys called The Fifth Man. The shop reportedly houses the largest collection of men's footwear on the West Coast as well as an underground denim bar named D-Bar that comes equipped with a pool table, a hair salon, and a cocktail bar.
