The Candy Spelling condo lawsuit drama continues! She's sued her landlord at her temporary unit at The Carlyle, her landlord's sued her, and she's sued The Century (where she's bought a $35 million unit that's still under-construction) because the building's restaurant wasn't ready on time. Because of the delay (she "claims the restaurant had a 'soft opening' on December 30, 2012, but then immediately shut down"), she's asking for $6.8 million off the price of her condo. [TMZ]
