Stick with us for a second on this one. This weekend's open house pick is interesting because it's one of the first flips we've seen open up along the Expo Line that has a whiff of gentrification to it. Not to say this is the first, but it's certainly one of the nicer flips. Per the listing history on Redfin, the home sold for $320k in January. Proximity to an Expo line station and the coming junction with the Crenshaw Line also makes this location particularly interesting. There is also the big District Square retail project just down the street that could turn this area into a really happening neighborhood. Not that we need to ask, but let us know what you think in the comments.
