According to building biographer Tim Gregory, this pretty Spanish courtyard hacienda in Glendale was built for insurance executive Frank C. Winter and his family back in 1928. And according to its listing, the 4,342-square-foot residence has not been on the market since 1951, and has been "maintained in original condition." Located in the historic Rossmoyne district, it features five bedrooms, four baths, wrought iron detailing, elaborate decorative tile, beamed ceilings, three fireplaces, French doors, built-ins, wood paneling, a swimming pool, guesthouse, and three-car garage. Asking price for the .31-acre property is $2.1 million.
