Seems like the James Franco neighbor war situation is starting to come to a head--his Silver Lake neighbors wrote us a rant a few weeks ago complaining about what a nightmare the neighborhood had become since Franco started running his production company out of his new house. Now several neighbors have filed formal complaints with the city and mayoral candidate/City Councilmember Eric Garcetti "spoke to production staff outside the property in recent weeks complaining about the situation."
