NEW YORK: LA-based developer CIM Group--whom you may recall from such local projects as On Top of Spaghetti Factory project in Hollywood and the mixed user development at the old United Artists studio in WeHo--officially started selling condos at 432 Park Avenue today. When completed in 2015 the 1,396-foot tower designed by Rafael Viñoly, will be the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. [Curbed Inbox]

PASADENA: This Saturday the oldest house in Pasadena is opening its doors to a Pasadena Heritage "Before the Bungalow" historic homes tour. Built in 1855, the Craig Adobe looks more Queen Anne than adobe from the street, but the walls of the original two-room core of the house are two feet thick. [Pasadena Star News]
