Priced right or priced to sell? It's rare to find anything anywhere for this price when there isn't a chalk outline of a body outside the front door, so it's surprising to see a flip come in at this price. The price history on Redfin is kind of fascinating though - it sold in 2008 for $286k, was listed again in 2011 for $200k but couldn't find a buyer, so multiple chops brought the property to $130k. It sold for $125k in December 2012. It will be interesting to see what the final sale price on this will be given the recent turn of events with that ReInhabit flip.
