This Echo Park flip from ReInhabit hit the market less than a month ago asking $849,000. The price and the staging both raised some eyebrows (who hangs a circular saw over their bed?) but the doubters had this one all wrong: the house sold yesterday for a whopping $922,000. ReInhabit bought the 825-square-foot, two-bedroom "major fixer/teardown" last year for $300,000 and completely transformed the property into a split-level three-bedroom affair that obviously proved to be catnip for buyers.
