Remember October 2010? There were some pretty sexy midterm Congressional elections going on, huh? Also the gorgeous Richard Neutra-designed Troxell House hit the market in the Pacific Palisades, asking $4.45 million. The house, owned by Japanese film director Kazuaki Kiriya, was built in 1956 and comes with four bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a lap pool ("which seems to float in the air"), and 1.09 acres of land. Most recently it was asking $3.899 million and really all things considered has not done too bad for itself: it sold yesterday for $3.55 million, according to Redfin.
