Somehow an OC listing agent couldn't manage to sell a condo for $1, even if it did come with $1,700 per month HOA fees and was in a 55-plus complex. The owners were offloading the 500-square-foot unit as the last piece of a trust and said "what the hell?" The agent said she "got plenty of calls, [but] none were serious" and now the listing's been pulled. [LAT]
