The delightfully-named mid-centuryist Harold B. Zook designed this delightful (if a little dowdy) mid-century house in Pasadena. It sits on about two-thirds of an acre on a street-to-street lot "atop a ridge on a tree-studded lot" and comes with two bedrooms, two and a quarter bathrooms, glass walls, a covered patio, pool, wraparound deck, a deck with attached workroom "that opens onto another deck," and "trails that lead down the north slope of the property to Afton" (that's the street below). The house doesn't appear to have sold in at least a couple decades. Asking price is $1.298 million.
