Earlier this week, Clear Channel threatened to sue Los Angeles for $100 million if the company is forced to take down its digital billboards. Well, everyone call your lawyers: "the California Supreme Court declined this week to hear a case involving nearly 100 digital billboards," upholding the ruling that ordered the signs to come down. And, according to Clear Channel at least, "The City Attorney's Office also refused this week to negotiate the case or relocate the signs." [LADN]
