Yesterday we saw the Moraga Vineyards property in Bel Air, which ex-Northrop Grumman CEO Thomas Jones has just listed for $29.5 million--turns out the house was built by Gone With the Wind/Wizard of Oz director Victor Fleming (and contains an octagonal dressing room). The adjacent winery, meanwhile, produces about 1,500 cases a year. [WSJ]
