Beverly Hills--which does not have a single dog park--has decided to drop the idea (for now) of adding one at Roxbury Park. Feelings about the plan were mixed, and the mayor called the idea "not ready for prime time." But chin up, it may not be a total loss; the mayor has directed councilmembers "to form an ad hoc committee that will come up with alternative dog park locations. Some that have already been proposed include the "Orange Grove" area adjacent to Coldwater Park, La Cienega Park and Coldwater Park." [Beverly Hills Patch, image via; previously]
