Hustler founder Larry Flynt may have hustled himself a buyer for the 10-story building bearing his name on the corner of Wilshire and La Cienega in Beverly Hills. Three buyers have put in bids of about $85 million for the property, which is home to tenants including the consulates of Brazil and Ecuador. And, of course, Flynt's Hustler magazine, whose "10th-floor offices continue to reflect the bordello aesthetic of the 70-year-old Flynt, with thick carpets, heavy drapes, rococo furniture and Tiffany lamps."
