Katie bar the door--Los Feliz's Mead Estate is up for sale again, and we hope you had a light lunch, because this place is a visual feast. The last time it was on the market, just over a year ago, commenter enter ranting compared the 9,707-square-foot house's interior to the set of the 1972 disaster flick The Poseidon Adventure, and damned if he/she wasn't spot-on, as this clip shows. Per the listing (which is also pretty rich), the two-acre lot contains four separate structures: the six-bedroom, seven-bath main residence, "scaled for a lavish and ebullient life-style"; a 1,900-square-foot pool house/guest house "remodeled with aplomb, including luxe hotel-quality bath, kitchen and finishes;" a second guest house; and a chauffeur's cottage. According to public records, the property changed hands in March 2012 for $4.988 million, but as far as we can tell, not much has changed about it. Nevertheless, it's now got a lavish and ebullient new asking price of $7.499 million.
