Smash-tress Debra Messing has listed her house in Bel Air--the 1937 Colonial was designed by the wonderful Paul Williams and comes with updates by Dennis Gibbens Architects. Real Estalker broke the news and reported that Messing bought the house from Renee Zellweger back in 2002 (for something like $7.5 million). The house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, a wing of guest quarters/offices, and pool and cabana, and a lawn. The DGA site says "The clients requested that the original be preserved, but brought up to date. The result is a traditional home with an overlay of frankly modernist elements." Asking price is $11.995 million.
