Two weeks after it was reported that there was no news on Chinatown's long-stalled Blossom Plaza project, there's news! Sort of! Developers Forest City are now aiming for a mid-2013 groundbreaking, and hope to open the project in 2015. Besides adding 240 rental units and retail, the development would also provide a better link-up between the neighborhood and the Gold Line.
