ARTS DISTRICT: Haul out the gentrification drum and start banging hard--the hot as hell Arts District is now getting a super tricked-out bouldering gym at the Factory Place Lofts. Our pals at Racked LA report that Creative Space, the commercial real estate firm that has been owning the AD transformation (they're responsible for the Handsome Coffee Roasters and the Urban Radish market), worked with Touchstone Climbing to find a space "with ceilings that rise almost 30 feet—allowing for climbing walls of around 15 feet high."
