Downtown's PacMutual complex--made up of three buildings built in 1908, 1921, and 1926--is getting its very old courtyard back. The newish owners will take out "a small one-story building along 6th Street currently housing the Verizon Wireless Authorized Dealer retail store" to create an outdoor space for the new Tender Greens moving in. Work is set to start in late April and will involve the LA Conservancy to make sure everything stays historic. [Brigham Yen, rendering via]
