LAS VEGAS: Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh has grand plans for downtown Vegas. Hsieh has spent $350 million of his own funds to launch a community investment fund intended to transform the area into a live/work destination for creative types and hopes to turn part of it into a garment manufacturing district.
