At least two celebrities unfortunate enough to find themselves on our list of famous types who couldn't manage to sell their homes throughout 2012 are having better luck this year. Singer Christina Aguilera's tacky pink palace in Beverly Hills, complete with gift-wrapping area and beauty salon, had languished on the market for two years. Curbed National has some thoughts on why that might have been (the eye-patch sporting naked mannequin, perhaps?), but the house is now pending sale. In all that time Xtina didn't pricechop once, and she seems to have gotten her asking price of $13.5 million (or close) at last. Lucky seller number two is former FriendMatthew Perry, who finally unloaded his modern Hollywood Hills house for $4.685 million, reports the Hollywood Reporter. Perry bought the glassy, three-bedroom, viewtastic house for $4.48 million in 2008 and has been trying to sell it since October 2011, when it was listed for about $1 million more than it eventually went for. More signs of a housing market turned the corner?
