Please Let Jay-Z and Beyoncé Buy MJ's Neverland Ranch

New, 28 comments

Holy crap, Jay-Z and Beyoncé are allegedly interested in Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch up in Los Olivos. Repeat: the most important couple in the entire world could buy the former weirdo carnival estate of the now-deceased biggest pop star in the world. Apparently, Bey and Jay toured Neverland last year with the head of Colony Capital, which manages the property (and partially owns it along with MJ's estate)--they fixed the place up after Jackson's death in 2009 and said they planned to sell for upwards of $100 million. (The New York Post calls it a $29 million property.) While Jay-Z tells the paper "I've got no interest in Neverland" (BOO!), the Jackson family believes otherwise. There was previously chatter that California might buy the property, which is no longer home to an amusement park and zoo.
