Other Formula 1 Heiress Paying $150k Per Month Rent in Bel Air

Oh, those Ecclestone heiresses and their property exploits: the Real Estalker hears that Tamara Ecclestone, the elder daughter of Formula One gajillionaire Bernie Ecclestone and big sis to The Manor-owner Petra Ecclestone (who paid $85 million for the former Spelling estate in 2011), is laying out $150,000 a month to rent a house overlooking the Bel Air Country Club. $150,000 a month. She's planning to stay there about six months. The house last sold in 2011 for $14.9 million (supposedly it belongs to jewelry shop magnate Charlie Chanaratsopon, who owns the Charming Charlie mall chain); according to the listing at the time, the house was "completely rebuilt" and has nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, formal gardens, lawns, a pool, a conservatory, a dining room, a two-story library, a screening room, wine cellar, and staff apartment on just over an acre. British tab Hello! visited Ecclestone at the house a few weeks ago--apparently she's hoping that dropping $150k a month will help her get "a fresh start after a painful break-up with long-term boyfriend Omar Khyami." The elder Ecclestone was previously said to be quite interested in Bel Air's Fleur de Lys estate, which has been on the market asking $125 million approximately forever.
