Let's say you have $3.5 million and you don't want an amazing Flintstones-style house because you're a jerk with terrible taste--wouldn't you at least be willing to shell out for nearly 23 cares of Malibu bluff? Guess not, 'cause the totally weirdo/awesome house that belongs to Dick Clark's estate has still not sold after nearly a year on the market. The house has one bedroom and two bathrooms, and "seamlessly marries form, function and beauty." We don't know if we'd go that far, but it's still cool. The house hit the market last February asking $3.5 million; today it was chopped to $3.25 million.
