Ranking 107 Los Angeles Neighborhoods By Popularity With Home-Seekers In 2013

New, 15 comments

Boy, it seems like end-of-year wrap-up time comes earlier every year! Our first entry for 2013 comes from listings site Trulia, which crunched the numbers on which neighborhoods had the most listing views in Los Angeles (keep in mind that that's probably correlated with more listings in a particular neighborhood). The top four are all pretty expensive neighborhoods--probably a function of aspirational home-searching--but number five is the pretty reasonably-priced and definitely up-and-coming Mid-City. A ranking of all 107 neighborhoods in Trulia's database starts below.
