Per the Listing: "I present to you this gorgeous 1909 craftsman, that was lovingly restored and updated by Home Beautiful LA. Original features include leaded glass, built-in cabinets, solid wood doors, Douglas Fir wood trim, Cedar lined built-in chest and quarter sawn old growth wood floors which were sanded and stained. The new classic kitchen for today's cook includes recessed lighting, marble counters, stainless steel appliances, farmhouse sink and marmoleum floors. All-new systems including electrical, plumbing and heating. The bathroom showcases the original porcelain corner sink, new antique style taps and a new cast iron claw-foot tub kit to compliment the home's charm. A full attic is ready for endless storage or to be transformed into a master suite. The backyard is a huge blank canvas surrounded by a new cedar fence. Create many gardens, add a pool or a studio. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination."
Last sold for $309k just a few months ago (October), this lovely flip obviously had a lot to work with. Unfortunately, the yard could still use some investment of time and money to make it as nice as the rest of the property and there is no garage, so you're parking on the street. The neighborhood would look a lot better if there were shade trees in the parkway and people started ripping the bars off their windows. But like we said, it's transitioning. If this house doesn't do it for you, you can also check out Chris Brown's house, open between 2 and 5 PM tomorrow. Bring your visiting parents!
