Is Selena Gomez Moving Into Calabasas's The Oaks Just As Justin Bieber Is Leaving?

Trouble in Disneyville (aka Calabasas)! Two completely unsubstantiated rumors are going to create sooo much speculative drama: one says pop star Selena Gomez is moving into gated neighborhood The Oaks and the other says that her ex, other-pop-star Justin Bieber, is moving out. A tipster told Life & Style last week that Gomez "is very close to making an offer on a house inside the Calabasas development where Justin lives ... She looked at other neighborhoods, but really fell in love with a home near Justin's." (The Oaks is known, by the way, for its be-columned McMansions. Nothing special aesthetically.) Meanwhile, everyone (including the good ol' Real Estalker) is also reporting that the Biebs has finally had enough of warring with his neighbors--one fight over his reckless speeding allegedly led to a spitting incident--and is planning a move to the Hollywood Hills. (Which, Christ, at least the streets are relatively wide and flat in Calabasas; the way he drives, we are truly freaked out for both him and residents of the Hills.) And as RE points out, it's not like they take too kindly to asshole pop stars up in them thar Hills.
