Five congressmembers—from LA, Sherman Oaks, Burbank and Long Beach—are the latest to forge ahead on the quest to shut up Los Angeles's helicopters already. For some reason, they don't seem to think the "voluntary noise-reduction efforts" that are currently in place seem to be working. Who would have thought the honor system wouldn't do it? [LA Times]
