After two years in the Hollywood Hills--which were just slightly less angry-neighbor-filled than his sixish months in West Hollywood--singer/asshole Chris Brown has listed his house for sale and, reportedly, headed for Malibu. This is the house where Brown's neighbors complained that his graffiti monsters were scaring their children. Seriously. The house, designed by architect Jay Vanos and built in 2008, has now been repainted a bleh green (and, for some reason, photographed like a haunted house). It comes with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an elevator, "custom LED site lighting & a colored LED light show in the salt water pool & spa," a sand pit, a green roof, central computer control, firepits, waterfalls, and a projection screen. Update 10:59 am: Freshly-added photos show that Brown graffitied the inside of the house too--looks kinda dope! Brown picked it up in October 2011 for $1.55 million and is now asking $1.92 million. He's still trying to sell his condo in WeHo for $1.695 million.
