The awesome replacement for the aging old Sixth Street Viaduct is moving toward a 2015 groundbreaking, but some Arts District residents are worried about construction. The environmental studies for the project were done in 2007, before the AD really blew up with residents and businesses, but Skanska, the company building the loopy, ped-friendly bridge, says the environmental impact report is still legit and that a lot of attention will be paid to reducing dust and disruption.
