Glee Actress Selling Condo in WeHo's Historic Colonial House

New, 15 comments

One of five buildings designed by Leland Bryant that are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, West Hollywood's Colonial House was commissioned by early Hollywood film star Margaret Livingston. Since it was built in 1930, the seven-story Monterey Colonial-style complex has seen countless actors and actresses come and go, including Bette Davis, Clark Gable, Cary Grant, Jodie Foster, and Katy Perry. (Update 12/18: Sandra Bullock has never, as previously written, lived in Colonial House. Sorry about that.) And now adding her name to the "going" list is actress Sarah Buxton, whose IMDb credits include Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead, Glee, and extensive work on soap operas such as The Bold & the Beautiful and Days of Our Lives. Per its listing, the unit Ms. Buxton is unloading is a two-bedroom, one-bath on the fourth floor that features hardwood floors, high ceilings, a carved fireplace, crown moldings, French windows, an updated kitchen, two parking spaces, and "east, west, and south views with no common walls." Asking price for the 1,100-square-foot condo is $1.1 million, while HOA dues are $1,006 per month.
