Broker/blogger Brigham Yen has gotten a peek inside Broadway's Rialto Theatre as it finishes up its transformation into a (wah wah waaaah) Urban Outfitters: "Workers wrapped up the finishing touches on the historic marquee this week adding bright red, orange, and yellow paint and new neon tubes that will be relit once again … The interior build-out of the store is also nearing completion with a new staircase leading to a fully built-out second story level."
