More bike lanes for Downtown: the city painted new lanes this weekend through the Second Street Tunnel; exclusive lanes now run on Second Street from Spring Street to Glendale Boulevard. In related news, the city recently began adding buffered bike lanes on Seventh Street though the heart of DTLA.
