Yet another real estate listings site has crunched some numbers to find the best neighborhoods for trick-or-treating--this time, "To be considered, a zip code needed to have: a median home sales price that was at least double that of its metro area average; at least 90% of its home sales from single family residences; and a Walk Score of at least 50 ('Somewhat Walkable')." Somehow they came up with much better results than Zillow--both Mid-City and Encino made the nationwide list. [ZipRealty]
