Great, great job on the staging of this house, or if its not staged, to the homeowner/decorator. Beyond the location, we're fans of how they used the space and all the pretty colors. Our only changes would be the replacement of the faux grass with real grass or plant material and removal of the kiddie rooms. Kids can't appreciate this nice house. To boarding school with the little mess makers.
