In August, a judge ruled that the West LA VA isn't allowed to lease out parts of its campus for commercial uses, which has made things dicey for UCLA's Jackie Robinson Stadium ("where [the school] has played for nearly 50 years"). Now that judge has ruled that UCLA can appeal the original ruling in hopes of keeping their baseball team at the stadium for good (and meanwhile they're allowed through 2014); they've paid $600,000 over the last decade to rent the piece of property.
